Overview

We accept that during your time as a staff member you will need to request time off for things outside of your control. We therefore have a Leave of Absence and Reduced Activity program to help with this.

Leave of Absence

Leaveo of Absence (LoA) can be requested if you think you will be inactive for a long period of time and will be unable to participate in doing your staff duties during this period.

• If you feel like you could be inactive for more than three months we may ask you to leave the staff team as this could effect another person’s standing at getting in. You can attend another interview after the standard one season cooldown.
• If you continually take LoA, we may ask you to leave the staff team as it could indicate that the position is not the one for you.

Reduced Activity

Reduced Activity can be requested when you feel like you still won’t be able to fully commit to C.S. but can still check in on the server and the game when you have the time. It is likely you will use this if you have school work you need to catch up on or exams you need to concentrate most of your time towards.

If you feel like you will be on Reduced Activity for more than a month, please make sure you explain fully why.
